01
About this policy
MS Manpower Consultant is a recruitment agency connecting printing and packaging professionals in Pakistan with employers in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This policy covers information shared through candidate registration, job applications, employer hiring requests, and recruitment conversations with our team.
Communication, shortlisting, and interview coordination are handled manually by our team.
02
Information we collect
From candidates
When you register generally or apply for a job, we collect the personal details you provide, such as your name, contact details, location, work experience, skills, and role preferences. We may also receive information about your availability and relocation or visa readiness when relevant to a role.
Optional CV uploads
You can submit a CV, but it is optional. Uploads accept PDF or DOCX files up to 5 MB. A CV may include employment history, education, qualifications, and other information you choose to include. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents, financial details, or sensitive personal information.
From employers
When you submit a hiring request, we collect the company and contact person details you provide, along with information about the roles you need to fill, work location, required skills, and hiring requirements.
During recruitment
We also keep information you share in follow-up conversations, application updates, interview arrangements, and recruitment notes needed to coordinate the process.
03
How we use recruitment information
We use candidate information to review experience, consider applications, identify suitable roles, and prepare shortlists. We use employer information to understand hiring needs and identify relevant candidates.
We also use these details to contact you, clarify information you have submitted, coordinate interviews, track recruitment progress, and respond to questions or privacy requests. These steps are handled by people; we do not make automated hiring decisions.
04
Sharing with prospective employers
Candidate records are private. MS Manpower Consultant does not provide a public CV directory or public candidate profiles for employers to browse.
With your consent, we may share relevant candidate details and, where appropriate, your CV with a prospective employer considering you for a role. We aim to limit this to information needed for the recruitment conversation. You can ask us which employer is being considered and decline further sharing.
Once an employer receives information, it may handle its copy under its own privacy practices. You can ask that employer about its use of your information; our team can help coordinate the conversation.
05
Cross-border recruitment
Recruitment may involve sharing information from Pakistan with prospective employers in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, with your consent. People involved in a recruitment process may therefore handle your information in more than one country, where privacy rules may differ.
The locations of hosting and storage providers are still to be confirmed. This draft does not promise that all information remains in one country. The final policy should describe the arrangements and any required transfer measures once they have been verified.
06
Internal access and safeguards
Access to recruitment records is intended to be restricted to authorised internal staff who need the information for their work. Candidate information is not intended to be accessible through public links or a public directory.
The planned CV storage approach is private file storage, with only file references and metadata kept in the database. Restricted file access and admin access controls are planned safeguards; their implementation must be verified before the final policy is published. This draft should not be read as a guarantee that particular technical controls are already in place.
07
Retention and deletion
We intend to keep information only for as long as it is needed for the recruitment purpose for which it was collected, any agreed consideration for future roles, and any applicable record-keeping obligations. This draft does not set a fixed retention period.
You can ask us to remove your registration, application information, or CV, or to stop considering you for future roles. We will review what can be deleted and explain if information needs to be retained and why. A deletion request to MS Manpower Consultant does not automatically delete copies already shared with an employer.
08
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent to future sharing with prospective employers. Withdrawing consent does not undo sharing that has already taken place, and may limit our ability to put you forward for a role.
Use the Contact link on this site or the team member already coordinating your recruitment. Tell us what you would like to request and provide enough detail to locate your registration, application, or hiring request. Please do not send a CV or identity documents just to make an initial privacy enquiry.
We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will explain any limits that apply and respond through the contact details you provide.
09
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MS Manpower Consultant’s recruitment process or data-handling arrangements change. The published version will show its revision date. If a change materially affects how we use or share your information, we intend to bring it to your attention through the site or our recruitment communications, as appropriate.
